• Your requested completion date

For physical products, inspiration photos are always appreciated but never required. If you have an idea, we'll bring it to life together!

3. Let's Brainstorm
I'll respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. During this time, I'll ask any necessary questions and work with you to create something that perfectly fits your needs.

4. Mockup & Approval
For physical products, you'll receive a digital mockup within 48 hours of our initial correspondence. This is the time to request any edits or changes before production begins.

5. Production
Once you've approved the final design, production begins! Most custom orders are completed within 1–2 weeks, depending on the size, complexity, and materials required.

6. Pickup or Delivery
Local pickup and drop-off are available in Oswego, NY. Additional arrangements can be discussed if needed.
